Cookie Policy

This page explains how shiftworks.studio uses cookies and similar technologies, what each category does, and how you can change your choice at any time.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser. It lets the site remember things between visits, such as whether you have already made a cookie choice. We also use comparable technologies, including pixels and browser storage, and we treat them the same way here.
The categories we use
Strictly necessary. These keep the site working: routing, security, and remembering the cookie choice you made. They cannot be switched off and they do not need your consent.
Analytics. These tell us which pages people read and how they arrived, in aggregate. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Nothing in this category runs until you accept.
Marketing. These measure whether a campaign led to an enquiry and let advertising audiences be built. We plan to use the Meta Pixel. Nothing in this category runs until you accept.
The tools behind them
Google Tag Manager is a container that loads our other tags. It sets no analytics cookies of its own.
Google Analytics 4 measures traffic and audience. Provided by Google Ireland Limited.
Meta Pixel measures conversions and builds advertising audiences. Provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Planned, not yet active.
We run Google Consent Mode. Before you choose, analytics storage and advertising storage are set to denied, so no measurement cookie is written.
How long they last
Your cookie choice is kept for 12 months. Analytics identifiers last up to 24 months. Marketing identifiers last up to 13 months. You can clear all of them in your browser at any time.
Changing your mind
Use the cookie settings link in the footer to reopen the banner and choose again. Clearing cookies in your browser has the same effect and the banner will ask you next visit.
