This page explains what personal data Shiftworks collects through shiftworks.studio, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Shiftworks is a creative studio working across brand identity, web design and development, and motion. We decide how and why the data described here is used, which makes us the controller for it. Reach us at info@shiftworks.studio.

Shiftworks Studio is the trading name of Athanasios Bellis, sole trader. That is the controller named above.

What we collect

Enquiries. The name, email address and project description you type into the contact form.

Analytics. Pages viewed, approximate location at city level, referrer, device and browser type. Collected only if you accept, and reported to us in aggregate.

Technical logs. Our host records IP addresses and request data in order to serve and secure the site.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible project. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

To keep the site available and secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a functioning site.

To understand how the site is used and to measure campaigns. Basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

Who else processes it

Framer B.V. hosts the site and serves it through a content delivery network.

Google Ireland Limited provides Tag Manager and Analytics.

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited provides the Pixel, once it is switched on.

Our email provider carries the messages you send us.

Each of them acts on our instructions. Where data reaches countries outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails: up to 24 months after our last exchange, so we can pick a conversation back up.

Analytics: up to 14 months.

Server logs: the short retention period set by our host.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, object to processing we base on legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable format. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect what happened before.

Write to info@shiftworks.studio and we will reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
