These terms cover your use of shiftworks.studio. Client projects run on the separate proposal and agreement signed for that project.

Shiftworks, a creative studio working across brand identity, web design and development, and motion. Reach us at info@shiftworks.studio.
Shiftworks Studio is the trading name of Athanasios Bellis, sole trader.
Using this site
You are welcome to read anything published here and to link to it. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, reach parts of it that are not public, or scrape it at a scale that affects other visitors.
What belongs to whom
The design, code, writing, photography, illustration and motion work on this site belong to Shiftworks or to the clients who commissioned them, and are protected by copyright.
Client names, logos and trade marks belong to those clients and appear here to identify work we produced. None of this grants you a licence to reuse that material. Ask us first at info@shiftworks.studio.
Project work
Everything shown here is a portfolio piece, not an offer. Scope, price, timeline, ownership of deliverables and confidentiality are set out in the proposal and agreement for each project, and those documents take precedence over this page.
What we do not promise
We keep this site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a client site or any other third party, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last moved.
